Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered in an embedded search box is transmitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. Anderson County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own system. The provider's policy and terms govern its handling of the submitted search.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact-form message may contain a sender's name, address, and any details the sender chooses to include. We retain that information as needed to review and answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
